Bollinger Champagne and The Wharf Restaurant warmly welcome you to a Champagne & Wine Evening on Thursday 28 April, where we will be presenting and enjoying some of the best Champagnes and Wines Bollinger have to offer.
The evening will include a delicious four-course meal and feature Champagnes from Bollinger and wines from the House of Chanson to compliment the dishes created by Ray Neve, Chef Proprietor of The Wharf.
Special guest speaker Karl-Frederic Reuter will expertly take guests through the Bollinger Champagne portfolio and discuss the cuvee’s characteristics for food pairings. Bilingual French-German, Karl-Frederic graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure Agronomique in Montpellier with a specialisation in viticulture and oenology. He also has a national diploma in oenology.
Evening starts promptly at 7pm.
