Provisional Booking of the Date

Once you’ve spoken to our Events Team and confirmed availability of the date, if requested we can provisionally hold the date for at least 7 days. If we do not hear from you by the agreed date, the booking will automatically be released. If you would like to hold a date, pleased contact our Events Team.

Cancellation Policy

During the planning of any event at The Wharf you will have the services of our Event Team. They will meet with you to prepare an Event Plan and a floor plan tailored to your needs.

Please find below some popular examples of floor plans.

31 – 90 days before event Forfeit deposit + 50% of minimum spend
7 – 30 days before event Forfeit deposit + 50% of event plan spend
Less than 7 days 75% of event plan spend
Less than 48 hours 100% of event plan spend
Individual guest cancellations within 72 hours Non-refundable (pre-ordered food)

Final Payment

Full payment of the pre-ordered food and drink and will be detailed on the plan, and any other known costs must be settled 14 days prior to the event. A 12.5% service charge is added to your served food and drink.

We require credit card details to be given as guarantee for all other expenses incurred on the day. If the full amount is not settled on the day of the event by any other cardholder, the outstanding balance will be charged to the card whose details we hold as a guarantor.
