Venue Capacity

The Main Dining Room can also be hired for your wedding and can accommodate up to 120 for seated dining, 120-200 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 200 for canapés (standing only). It has a large, contemporary bar area which can be used for champagne receptions or pre-dinner drinks, as well as post-dinner dancing.

Our First Floor can accommodate 20-60 for seated dining, 60-100 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 120 for canapes (standing only). It provides an informal but intimate atmosphere with its private bar and enclosed balcony, overlooking the Thames.

Should you be planning a larger wedding you can hire the entire venue exclusively using both the first floor and main dining room, to accommodate 180 for a seated dinner, 180-320 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 320 for canapes (standing only).

Pricing Policy

We operate a ‘minimum spend’ system. The minimum spend varies, depending on the start time of your celebration, the day of the week and the time of the year.

Minimum spend would include all food and beverage consumed on the day, VAT and a 12.5% service charge.

With its enviable position on the banks of the River Thames, The Wharf offers you and your guests the opportunity to arrive in real style – by boat. For more information on this please speak to our Events Manager. Mooring fee £60.00.
