Fabulous dining in a beautiful setting

Idyllically set on the riverbank at Teddington Lock, The Wharf Restaurant offers diners a picturesque and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of London living.

Offering modern British dining at its best, there is something for everyone. From traditional favourites such as Beer Battered Fish and Chips and a variety of 30 day aged steaks that will make your mouth water, to more adventurous fare such as our Black Linguine, Brixham Crab & Tiger Prawns, tomatoes & chilli and our Seared Atlantic Sea Scallops, pea purée, pancetta & Clonakility white pudding.

All freshly cooked and with a strong emphasis on both locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, The Wharf is a culinary delight waiting to be discovered.

Some recent reviews

Just wanted to say that the party went extremely well. Huge thanks to Tom and all the staff. Tom was very accommodating, helpful and consultative with ongoing decision making. He really helped the night go smoothly.

The tailored cocktails were a key feature that everyone enjoyed so thanks to the bar manager for including those. The food went down a storm, there were many compliments so thanks to the chef and kitchen staff. We definitely didn’t need to order so much but we’ll know for next time!

Thanks to you also, for answering all my questions promptly and helping with organising the day.We hope to be back soon!

The experience was exceptional and we will definitely be returning. Many thanks to the team for a lovely evening.

My 85th Birthday Lunch.

I am typing this letter as I fear my aged handwriting would appear illegible! I had invited to lunch old friends, relatives, and new friends that my wife and I have made since moving to Hampton Wick two years ago.

From the moment guests arrived, the sunshine and the warmth of your reception, initiated the ease with which everyone met. Our guests were all enthusiastic about their delicious meal and excellent wine as well as their pleasure in meeting each other.

Favourable comments on the wine were particularly relevant as my brother-in-law- a retired lawyer – is now a well-known author on wines.

My wife and I are most grateful for making an important – to me – occasion so happy with such excellent service and food. Thank you all – those whom we saw and those behind closed doors – for all that you did.
