The Wharf is the perfect venue for any occasion, be it a quieter dining experience in luxury surroundings or a big party for lots of people with music and dancing.

Venue Details
The Wharf can cater for any kind of event whether it’s a relaxed business dinner or a company party. There are two individual areas within the restaurant; the First Floor and the Main Dining Room. You can hire either area separately or the entire restaurant exclusively.
The Main Dining Room can also be hired for your event and can accommodate up to 120 for seated dining, 120-200 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 200 for canapés (standing only). It has a large, contemporary bar area which can be used for champagne receptions or pre-dinner drinks, as well as post-dinner dancing.
Our First Floor is the perfect space for a party, award ceremony or post conference lunch or dinner. It can accommodate 20-60 for seated dining, 60-100 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 120 for canapés (standing only).
The entire venue can be hired exclusively using both the first floor and main dining room. It can accommodate 180 for a seated dinner, 180-320 for a buffet (as a mixture of seating and standing space) or 320 for canapés (standing only).’ The Wharf provides a stunning setting for a company Christmas Party or Summer Ball.

Availability
Both the Main Dining Room and the First Floor can be hired from Tuesday through to Sunday inclusive, depending on their availability.

During the planning of any event at The Wharf you will have the services of our Event Team. They will meet with you to prepare an Event Plan and a floor plan tailored to your needs.

Private Dining Menus
Food and drink are an important element of any event. We will help you decide on food and wine for the big day and can tailor the menus to suit your individual requirements. Your function will be managed and catered by the Wharf’s Managers, Head Chef and their teams.
Please note the Wharf does not permit the use of external catering.

Provisional Booking of the Date
Once you’ve spoken to our Events Team and confirmed availability of the date, if requested we can provisionally hold the date for at least 7 days. If we do not hear from you by the agreed date, the booking will automatically be released. If you would like to hold a date, pleased contact our Events Team.

Confirmation of the Booking
If you wish to cancel please inform the Events Team, in writing, as soon as possible. Credit card details will be held against cancellation, failure to reach minimum spend and damages.
